Hearty Meat Solyanka
A tangy, deeply savory soup with beef, smoked meat, pickles, olives, lemon, and sour cream.
About This Dish
Solyanka balances a rich meat broth with the bright acidity of pickles, tomato, lemon, and olives. Add the brine gradually so the soup stays rounded rather than harsh.
